SUBJECT:

JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NOS. 203 (UNIT 1) AND 199 (UNIT 2)

Dear Mr. Pierce:

In a letter dated August 3, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15233A448), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 203 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-2 and Amendment No.

199 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-8 for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, respectively. The amendments included changes to 63 technical specifications (TSs) pages. TS pages 3.5.5-1 and 3.5.5-2 were inadvertently included to be replaced.

However, as stated in the safety evaluation, the request related to these TS pages was withdrawn in the Southern Nuclear Company, Inc., letter dated September 28, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15271A223).

The correct TS page 3.5.5-1 corresponds to Amendment No. 146 (Unit 1) and Amendment No. 137 (Unit 2) that can be found in ADAMS Package Accession No. ML993500022 and attached. The correct TS page 3.5.5-2 corresponds to Amendment No. 185, (Unit 1), and Amendment No. 180, (Unit 2), that can be found in ADAMS Accession No. ML11167A226 and attached.
