Proposed Operating Test Comments
Done 2. Change the SRO system JPM from Placing the Zero Power Mode Bypass in Operation (SYS F) to Sampling Containment for Hydrogen (SYS D). Done
- 3. Change the Containment Air Cooler Fan Trip malfunction in Scenario 1. The Tech Spec call is weak. Added a slow pressure leak malfunction on Safety Injection Tank T-82A.
- 4. Remove the Tech Spec call for failure of the primary reactor trip push button on panel C-02. The NRC can't evaluate the spec. It will be completed before the applicant recognizes the spec and can only be evaluated by follow-up questions. Done.
