Proposed Operating Test Comments

1. Change SRO JPM ADM 2 so we can perform in the simulator or classroom. Done

2. Change the SRO system JPM from Placing the Zero Power Mode Bypass in Operation (SYS F) to Sampling Containment for Hydrogen (SYS D). Done

3. Change the Containment Air Cooler Fan Trip malfunction in Scenario 1. The Tech Spec call is weak. Added a slow pressure leak malfunction on Safety Injection Tank T-82A.

4. Remove the Tech Spec call for failure of the primary reactor trip push button on panel C-02. The NRC cant evaluate the spec. It will be completed before the applicant recognizes the spec and can only be evaluated by follow-up questions. Done.
