APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO BOARD MEMORANDU'i (INFORMATION ON COMPOSITION OF A36 AND A307 STEEL)
On October 25, 1984, the Board issued its Memorandum (Information on Composition of A36 and A307 Steel).                  Therein the Board posed certain questions regarding the materials used in
;                various tests performed in connection with Applicants' motions for summary disposition.1 The focus of the Board's questions was whether the materials employed in those tests were representative of the materials used in the plant.
