: 1.      Endorsement No. 66 is hereby deleted.
2.
The definition of " nuclear energy hazard", in addition to the meaning stated in the policy, shall also mean radiation arising out of the use of the linear accelerator described in the Schedule below while such accelerator is at the facility described in Item'3 of the Declarations.
3.
9 The definition of " nuclear material", in addition to the meaning stated in the policy, shall include material made radioactive by the use of                            -
the linear accelerator described in the Schedule below while such accelerator is at the facility described in Item 3 of the Declarations.
4.
The liability for which coverage is afforded under paragraphs 1 and 2 above must arise out of the use of the linear accelerator described in the Schedule below during the calendar year in which this endorsement became effective.              Insurance for liability arising out of use of such linear accelerator during any subsequent calendar year that this policy is in existence shall be afforded under this policy only if an endorse-ment covering liability arising out of the use of such accelerator during such subsequent year is attached to this policy.

personnel under contract with Tennessee Valley Authority or operated by employees of the Tennessee Valley Authority who have been trained to operate such accelerator by J. A. Jones Applied Research Co.
and have been certified by J. A. Jones Applied Research Co. as having been trained to do so.
