NUCLEAR ENERGY LIABILITY INSURANCE MUTUAL ATOMIC ENERGY LIABILITY UNDERWRITERS SPECIFICATION OF CERTIFICATE EFFECTIVE DATE AND PREMIUM ENDORSEMENT It is agreed that:

1. The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued to the insureds name in Item 1 of the Declarations Operating License No.' NPF-50 effective April 11, 1986 for the reactor described in Item 3 of the Declarations of the certificate.
2. Item 6 of the Declarations of the Certificate is deleted and replaced by the following:

Item 6. Certificate Period: Beginning April 11, 1986 ,

and continuing to the effective date and time of cancellation or temination of the Master Policy or this Certificate, whichever first occurs, eastern standard time.

3. Item 8 of the Declarations of the Certificate is deleted and replaced by the following:

1. The definition of " nuclear energy hazard", in addition to the meaning stated in the policy, shall also mean radiation arising out of the use of the linear accelerator described in the Schedule below while such accelerator is at the facility described in Item 3 of the Daclarations.
2. The definition of " nuclear material", In addition to the meaning stated in the policy, shall include material made radioactive by the use of -

the linear accelerator described in the Schedule below while such -

accelerator is at the facility described in item 3 of the Declarations.

3. The liability for which coverage is afforded.under paragraphs I and

A. Jones Applied Research Co. or Schonberg Radiation Corp. and have been certified by J. A. Jones Applied Research Co. or Schonberg Radiation Corp. as having been trained to do so.
