LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

One White Flint North Room: O-16B04 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the significance, cause, and corrective action associated with apparent violations involving the failure to provide complete and accurate information to the NRC. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Letter under Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (Accession No. ML12089A097).

CATEGORY 1: This meeting is a Category 1 meeting, meaning the public is invited to observe and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
