April 9, 2019 MN No.19-004 U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Licensee: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Facility: Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Docket Nos: 50-317 and 50-318 Date/Time: April 30, 2019 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Purpose:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the public to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant for 2018, as described in the annual assessment letter dated March 4, 2019. The NRC will respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: E. Carfang, Branch Chief, Projects Branch 1, DRP R. Clagg, Senior Resident Inspector C. Roettgen, Resident Inspector A. Rosebrook, Senior Project Engineer Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Exelons performance at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant during calendar year 2018. NRC staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions from members of the public and discuss issues or concerns related to Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant.
