TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST - REVIEW OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE R.E.GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN (TAC NO. L24479)
The Division of Spent Fuel Storage and Transportation (SFST), Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS), requests technical assistance from the Division of Security Policy (DSP), Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR), for the completion of the following project:
PROJECT: Review R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLCs (Ginna LLC) response to Order (EA-09-119) and the Ginna Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Physical Security Plan and verify implementation of the additional security measures.
DOCKET NO: 50-244, 72-67 TAC NO: L24479 REQUESTED ACTION: NMSS/SFST requests that NSIR/DSP review Ginna LLCs response to the Security Order and the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant ISFSI Physical Security Plan.
Prepare a memorandum documenting the results of NSIRs review.
