NRC Acceptance of Westinghouse 10 CFR 70.72 Facility Change Report Summarizing Changes Completed Within 2018 Date: Thursday, January 31, 2019 9:02:00 AM Nancy, The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff have received your letter dated January 23, 2019, transmitting "Westinghouse 10CFR70.72 Facility Change Report,"(Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML19023A307).

The NRC staff completed an acceptance review of the information provided and identified no major deficiencies.

In accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum for SECY-16-0009, "Recommendations Resulting from the Integrated Prioritization and Re-Baselining of Agency Activities" (ML16104A158), the NRC licensing staff will no longer perform detailed reviews of such documents.

Therefore, no cost activity code has been assigned to this action. Nevertheless, please note that a detailed review may be performed by the NRC inspection staff in the future.
