Review of Draft Environmental Assessment for Westinghouse Columbia alternative disposal request (Please expedite)

I am enclosing the draft Environmental Assessment related to an alternative disposal request from the Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility. The request relates to removal of calcium fluoride waste material (contaminated with special nuclear material) from the calcium fluoride pile for disposal at the US Ecology facility in Idaho. Westinghouse has requested approval by early October in order to reduce impacts on their cleanup program.
We would appreciate if you could perform an expedited review of the document and let me know if you have any comments. If possible, I would like to receive your comments (or indication that you dont have any comments) by October 1 (Friday) so that we can meet the deadline. The document is considered to be draft -pre-decisional information.
