- Jessie, SCDHEC respectfully is requesting an extra 30 days to provide NRC comments on the draft EA for Docket Number 70-1151 (Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility). We are still reviewing the large amount of new environmental (groundwater, surface water, sediment and hydrogeology) data included in the Feb 28, 2020 Phase 1 Remedial Investigation Report.
The COVID-19 disruption also is a factor in making this request.
