Susan, Attached is the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) related to the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF) in Richland County. The Draft EA evaluates the environmental impacts of an additional 40 years of CFFF operation - as requested by Westinghouse. I was in contact with Chris, Bryon, and Addie during the preparation of the Draft EA so Ive copied them on this email.

I would like to request SCDHECs review and comment by April 27, 2018. SCDHECs comments will be addressed in the Final EA. The Final EA and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) will be noticed in the Federal Register.

I will send a separate email with the password to open the file.
