.IR 78-033 Docket No. 05000265 Attachment No. 1 Safety Analysis During the time "2" channel cold leg temperature indication failed the unit was in a hot shutdown condition, proceding to a refueling shut-down condition.

Tne remaining cold leg temperature channels re=ained operable except for "D" channel (see I2R 78-031) . The "D" channel had been placed in the tripped condition at the time of the "B" channel failure.

The RTD will be replaced duri=g the present refueling outage and all cold leg indications of this type vill be calibrated to verify operability.
