This is to inform you that Northern Indiana Public Service Company's (NIPSCO's) Bailly Generating Station huclear 1 (BGSN-1) Nuclear Steam Supply System which includes the Reactor Protection System (RPS) is designed by the General Electric Company (GE). The RPS for BGSN-1 has not yet been fabricated. However, NIPSCO, through communication with GE, has been assured that there will be no mercury-wetted relays used in the DPS of BGEN-1.
