This letter confirms receipt of your letter dated February 1, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management Systems [ADAMS] Accession No. ML17032A164), in response to Notice of Violation Nos. 50-73/2016-202-01 and 50-73/2016-202-02. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is reviewing your response and the items will remain open until we have verified implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection.
