In addition, the dotted line indicating a"line of communi-cation" between the Manager of Quality Assurance and the Vice President, Electric and Steam Production is being added.This line was inadvertently omitted in the issuance of Amendment No.58.The changes will not reduce management attention to the operation of Ginna and will not affect the health and safety of the public.

This change clearly comes within example (i).The proposed change does not involve a significant increase in the probability or"consequences of an accident previously evaluated; or create the possibility of a new or different kind of accident from any accident previously evaluated; or.involve a significant reduction in a-margin of safety.
