The on-site portion of the inspection will take place as follows: Week 1:  September 28 - October 2, 2015 Week 2:  October 13 - 16, 2015. Experience has shown that these inspections are extremely resource intensive, both for the NRC inspectors and the applicant staff.  In order to minimize the inspection impact on the site and to ensure a productive inspection for both parties, we would like to request the documents

needed for the inspection.  The lead inspector already has a copy of the original License Renewal Application.  In order to ensure the inspection team is adequately prepared for the inspection, please provide a copy of any amendments to the application, and any responses to Requests for Information submitted by the applicant as described in the enclosure.  This information should be made available to the lead inspector no later than September 11, 2015.  In addition, please provide or make available during the on-site weeks the additional documents described in the enclosure.  The lead inspector will coordinate with your staff to determine any additional information the team will review, or need access to, during the on-site inspection.  It is important that all documents provided are up-to-date and complete.
