Dear David Rhoades:
This letter is to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct an information meeting (open house) with a question-and-answer session on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CDT at the Marseilles Public Library in Marseilles, IL, to present the NRCs assessment of safety performance at the LaSalle County Station for 2022, as described in the 2022 annual assessment letter. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.
