Constellation Fitness for Duty Performance Data Reports - Annual 2022 In accordance with 10 CFR 26.717(e), "Fitness-for-duty program performance data," and 10 CFR 26.203, "General provisions," paragraph (e), "Reporting," Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) has provided the compiled fitness-for-duty program performance data for the CEG nuclear power stations and the corporate support employees within the scope of the rule for the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2022. The performance data has been submitted electronically for each station/corporate facility via the general submission portal in the Electronic Information Exchange.
