oTheTDAFWpumpwassubsequently testedtodetermine thecauseoftheflowoscillations, butthetesthadtobeabortedduetoasteamleakonthegovernorvalve.Thegovernorvalvewasdisassembled, inspected andplacedbackinservice.Thesteamleakwastheresultofgasketleak(probably causedduetoexcessive travelofthegovernorvalve).Thegasketwasreplacedwithaqualified spare.Thecauseoftheflowoscillations wasduetothe"hunting" ofthegovernorvalve.Thehuntingofthegovernorvalvewascausedbyafeedbacknutbeingoutofproperposition.,
