Thiswasconfirmed duringaDecember30,1991,telephone conversation betweenNNECOandtheStaff.Additionally, intheletter,NNECOstateditsintenttoreturntheindividuals tolicenseddutiesuponsuccessful completion ofthedynamicsimulator-portion oftheannualexaminations.
