Dear Mr. Wessel,

Analytical testing is complete on the red-dyed #2 diesel fuel sample. The sample was submitted in a gallon container on April 13, 2009. The sample container of DFO Truck Composite dated 4-09-09 was received in good condition. Testing was perforrned in accordance to ASTM standard D975-81 specification stated in your letter dated February 17, 2009 with the exception of ASTM D-1796 Water & Sediment, D-4176 Clear and Bright and D-1500 Color, were omitted from the testing in accordance with the annotated Appendix 13,1 attachlment enclosed with your letter. Test results are shown in the attached summary table.

Testing was performed from April 14-20, 2009 in accordance to the listed method with no deviations or modifications. Sample aliquots were taken in accordance with the listed test procedure and precision of the test should be consistent with stated liniits in the test procedure.
