1) Pase 2, Step 2.2, add the following: "and verify flIS has been calibrated for low temperature conditions (500' F)."

2) Page 3, add to Step 2.11: " Set interval for a two minute trend."

3) Page 3, Step.2.12, change "UO969" to U0965".

4) Page 7, add 3.19: " 3.19 During the conduct of this test, the Test Engineer will make determinations relating to the amount of data being recorded (i.e. soeed records, collecting of data, etc.). This determina-tion will be ' oaded on the ability of the collected data to adequately reproduce th~e natural circulation conditions. The Test Engineer will meet the qualifications of a Startup Test Engineer as defined in the FSAR."

5) Page 8, caution after Step 4.7, change "once" to "if".

6) Page 11, add to Step 4.23: "Using the reactivity computer, verify the reactor is shutdown." l

7) Attachment 6.7, page 1. change first sentence to read as follows: "During the performance of these tests, operation will be controlled by the follow- 1 ing criteria."

8) Attachment 6.7, page 1, item A., change "For all tests" to " Operational guidelines for all tests".

9) Attachnent 6.7, page 1, Item A.c.(1), change "21" to "> 22". .
