1) Page 2, add: "1.10 Demonstrate the effects of flatural Circulation at reduced pressure conditions."

2) Page 4, Step 2.11, change "UO969" to U0965".

3) Page 4, add to Step 2.10: " Set interval for a two minute trend."

4) Page 6, add 3.18: " 3.18 During the conduct of this test, the Test Engineer will make determinations relating to the amount of data being recorded (i.e. speed records, collecting of data, etc.). Tnis determination will be based on the ability of the collected data to adequately reproduce the natural circulation conditions. The Test Engineer will meet the qualifications of a Startup Test Engineer as defined in the FSAR."

5) Page 7, second note after Step 4.4, item b), change " increase" to " decrease".

6) Page 8, caution af ter Step 4.7, change "once" to "if".

7) Page 10, first note, last sentence, change to read as follows: " Slowly increase steam dump flow by manual control of PC-2464B when RCS pressure indicates dn increasing trend."

8) Page 10, Step 4.22.1 add to fiOTE: "As indicated on saturation meters (SCI-RC-200A and B)."

, 9) Page 10, Step 4.22.2 last sentence, change to. read as fol. lows: "Then slowly.

10) Page 11, add to Step 4.25: "Using the reactivity computer, ve. ify the reactor is shutdown."

11) Page 12, add NOTE to Step 4.36: "fiOTE: This evaluation should include a check of the saturation meter calculated saturation temperature using meter inputs and an evaluation that these meter inputs, are representative of the RC system."

12) Attachment 6.7, page 1, change first sente'e to read as follows: "During the performance of these tests, operation will be controlled by the following criteria."

13) Attachment 6.7, page 1, item A., change " Ear all tests" to " Opera tional guidelines for all tests".

14) Attachment 6.7, page 1, Item A.c.(1), change "21" to "> 22".
