Dear Mr. Ballard:

Enclosed, herewith, are twenty-five (25) copies of the Winter,1981, quarterly Report on the Bailly Generating Station Nuclear-1 Ecological Monitoring program. This is the 27th quarterly Report on this work. The Winter, 1981, quarterly Report contains analyses and interpreta-tion of data for January through March,1981. Certain data collected in November, 1980, and not available for reporting in the previous quarterly Report, is included in the Winter, 1981, quarterly Report.

The results of aquatic sampling from November,1980, and January,1981, continue to indicate conditions similar to that reported previously for co= parable study periods.

As with past reports on this work, there continues to be no discernible effects to the environment due to the con-struction of Bailly Generating Station Nuclear-1.
