On September 14, 2012, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed a supplemental inspection at your Perry Nuclear Power Plant. Dear Mr. Kaminskas:

On September 14, 2012, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed a supplemental inspection at your Perry Nuclear Power Plant. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results, which were discussed at the exit meeting on September 14, 2012, with you and other members of your staff. During this meeting, R. Skokowski, the Acting Region III DRS Deputy Director, discussed the associated performance deficiencies and corrective actions with your staff, which fulfills NRC policy for a regulatory performance meeting.
