Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. g 50.90 of the Commission's regulations, transmitted herewith are four proposed changes to the technical specifications for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation's Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit 1. Two of the proposed modifications reflect changes in plant organization and affect Table 6.1-2 of Appendix A to the operating license for that facility and Figure 5.2 of Ap-pendix B to that license. In addition, proposed changes are submitted to the set points for reactor water levels, as set forth in Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.1 of Appendix A,

This Amendment constitutes changes to Figure 5.2 in Section 5.0 for Administrative Controls for the Station.
