Your letter of Apri I l4, l97I transmitted change No. 4 to th'B Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Technical Specifications which we have noW incorporated in the enclosed new printing of these specifications. This printing also incorporates changes No. I through 3, previously directed by the Commission, and a number of additional changes, I isted below, which were suggested during the course of subsequent discussions with members of your Staff for the reasons indicated during thesB meBtings.

Technical S eci f ication Pg. II, Limiting Safety System Setting Changed Ist 8, 2nd line to read: "To 2.I.2 Objective provide automatic corrective action to plBVBnt exceeding the fuel cladding safety limits."

Pg. 33, Bases 2. 1st paragraph, Changed "High-High" to "High" 3rd and 5th lines Pg. 67, Section 4.3.3.e.(4) Added Item (4) to read: "(4) The main steam line isolation valves are to be tested at a pressure of 22 psig during each refueling outage."
