On October 31, 1975 Niagara Mohawk 'Power Corporation filed an "Application for Amendment to .Technical Specifi-

,cations" with the Commission. The'roposed changes were a result of certain analyses performed by the General Electric Company in accordance with Section 50.46 and Appendix K to 10 C.F.R. Part 50 of the Commission's regulations. Through an inadvertent error service was not made on the persons listed in the Certificate of Service filed with the Applica~

tion. Service on those persons has now been completed.
