g 50.90 of the Commission's regulations, transmitted herewith are four proposed changes to the technical specifications for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation's Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit 1.

Two of the proposed modifications reflect changes in plant organization and affect Table 6.1-2 of Appendix A to the operating license for that facility and Figure 5.2 of Ap-pendix B to that license.

In addition, proposed changes are submitted to the set points for reactor water levels, as set forth in Sections 2.1.2 and 2.1.1 of Appendix A,

PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE EiV/IRONMENTALTECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS A change has been made to Appendix A of the Technical Specifications to reflect recent changes in the Nine Mile Point - James A. FitzPatrick Operating Organization.

This change has been submitted as an amendment.

A similar organization chart appears in Section 5.0 of Appendix B, Environmental

. Technical Specifications.

The attached revised figure reflects the changes made.
