In accordance with   10 CFR 50.55(f), ANPP is submitting               a change   that affects the QA program for your information.

Personnel performing material inspection shall be qualified to ANSI N45.2.6; personnel performing audits shall be qualified to ANSI N45,2.23; personnel performing monitoring activities shall be qualified to ANSI N45.2.23 or ANSI N45.2.6.
