WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21.REVISION 23 AND 24 TO OPERATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION (WPPSS-QA-004)

The Supply System, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (a)(3), has made changes to the U.S.Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)approved topical report,"Operational Quality Assurance Program Description (WPPSS-QA-004)." The changes made in these revisions (attached) do not reduce commitments in the program description as previously accepted by the NRC.The changes incorporated in Revision 23 and Revision 24 involve organizational changes which, as noted above, do not reduce commitments made in the previously accepted revision, reduce QA/QC independence, or result in changes to the Technical Specifications.

Vertical lines have been placed in the right-hand margin to identify text changes, additions, and deletions.
