In accordance with Section 6.9.1.11 of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Technical Specifications, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) hereby submits Revision 1 to the Cycle 9 Core Operating Limits Report.
The COLR FAh limit is being increased from 1.56 to 1.62 by allocations from DNB and l PCT margins under the provisions of 10CFR50.59. The evaluations utilized approved i methodologies, with the large break LOCA crediting the revised Burst Strain Limit l reported in the V. C. Summer Nuclear 3tation 1993 Annual '
