2. NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC, License Amendment Request 278, Risk-Informed Approach to Resolve Construction Truss Design Code Nonconformances, dated March 31, 2017(ML17090A511)

By letter dated July 25, 2017 (Reference 1), NRC issued an Audit Plan for the review of documentation related to NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra), License Amendment Request 278, dated March 31, 2017 (Reference 2) . The Audit Plan describes use of an electronic reference portal that will allow read-only access to requested documents by designated auditors who will be provided with access to the electronic portal. Reference 1 provides the terms and conditions for use of an electronic portal system for this Audit.

This letter acknowledges NextEra's acceptance of the terms and conditions for use of an electronic portal system as described in Reference 1. NextEra will utilize the Certrec online reference portal. The following conditions will be met:

1. The onl ine reference portal will be password-protected and passwords will be assigned to those directly involved in the review on a need-to-know basis.

2. The online reference portal will be sufficiently secure to prevent staff from printing ,

saving , or downloading any documents.

3. Conditions of use of the online reference portal will be displayed on the login screen and will require concurrence by each user.
