The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that Response to Requests for Additional Information requested in Reference 2 will be submitted on July 31, 2014.

By Reference 1, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted a License Renewal Application (LRA) for South Texas Project (STP) Units 1 and 2. By Reference 2, the NRC staff requests additional information for review of the STP LRA. STPNOC temporarily suspended license renewal activities and proposed in Reference 3 to provide a response to Reference 2 by February 28, 2014.

NOC-AE-14003090 Page 2 of 3 Regulatory commitments 44, 45, and 46 located on Table A4-1 of Reference 1 will be revised to reflect a scheduled completion date of July 31, 2014 to align with the future RAI set 26 response.

There are no regulatory commitments in this letter.
