CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT On March 1, 2004 at 0522, with the reactor at 100% power, Unit I automatically tripped on Steam Generator high level. This event was caused by failure of a 7300 system NLL card in the Steam Generator Feed Pump (SGFP) master speed control circuit. Repairs were completed and the unit was connected to the grid at 2241 on March 2, 2004 and returned to 100% power at 1259 on March 3, 2004.

CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT At 0001 on March 1, 2004 with the unit at approximately 96% power, Unit 2 continued a power coastdown prior to a normal refueling outage. At 1600 on March 12, 2004 at approximately 85% power the unit was ramped down and taken off line at 0005 on March 13, 2004 for the sixteenth refueling outage. At 0055 on March 13, 2004 the reactor was shut down. Normal refueling activities continued through the end of March 2004.
