CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT At 0032 on March 23, Unit 1 started derating from 100% power due to power coastdown prior to a normal refueling outage. At 1800 on March 28, with the unit at approximately 92% power, the unit was ramped down and taken off line at 0005 on March 29 for the eighteenth refueling outage. At 0107 on March 29, the reactor was shut down. Normal refueling outage activities continued through the end of March.
