This letter provides notification that Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) requests a Regulatory Conference to address a Greater than Green preliminary significance finding documented in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspection report 05000348/2022440 and 05000364/2022440 dated November 7, 2022. I verbally notified you on November 14, 2022 that SNC plans to present additional information at the Regulatory Conference that may be used during the determination of significance by the NRC. SNC will provide the requested supporting documentation at least one week prior to the conference.
