CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT E1-2 At 1113 on May 3, the eighteenth refueling outage was completed and the unit was synchronized to the grid. The unit was returned to 100% power at 2138 on May 7, 2003.
At 1515 on May 9, Unit 1 was ramped to approximately 68% due to Steam Generator Feed Pump speed control problems. The unit was returned to 100% power at 1546 on May 10.
At 1326 on May 27, Unit 1 was ramped to approximately 92% power due to a Cooling Tower Header leak. The unit was returned to 100% power at 1519 on May 27.
At 0308 on May 28, Unit 1 was ramped to approximately 81% power to repair the Cooling Tower Header leak. The unit was returned to 100% power at 2059 on May 28.
