CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT At 1014 on 020218 a ramp down to approximately 93% power was commenced to repair a EH filter leak on the #1 governor valve. The repair was completed and the unit was returned to 100% power at 1932 on 020218.
