Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), also dba Urenco USA (UUSA), requested a Pre-decisional Enforcement Conference (PEC) in Reference 1 in response to NRCs Reference 2 Inspection and Apparent Violations. In Reference, 3 UUSA requested to delay conducting the PEC until the closure of the Un-Resolved Item (URI) 07003103/2022006-02 identified in Reference 4 had occurred.

Based on further discussions with NRC staff, UUSA herewith rescinds our request for a PEC and requests an extension to respond to the Apparent Violations in Reference 2. UUSA plans to respond to the apparent violations by February 14, 2023 and requests NRC approval of this date.
