Urenco USA Organizational Change Announcement This letter is to inform the NRC that Karen D. Fili, UUSA Managing Director / President & CEO Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, has announced her resignation effective April 12, 2024.
In the interim, John Kirkpatrick, Head of Enrichment Operations, will assume the responsibilities of Managing Director UUSA until a permanent replacement is announced.
This will impact UUSAs Owners, Officers, Directors, Executive and Personnel (OODEP).
Once a permanent UUSA Managing Director has been identified, UUSA will submit a revised OODEP Form.
