In Reference 1, NRC requested additional information regarding the UUSA Material Control and Accounting Program, Human Factors Engineering and Environmental in order to complete their technical review. Enclosure 1 provides responses to the questions asked regarding the Material Control and Accounting (MC&A) Program. Enclosure 1 contains Security Related Information concerning the MC&A program for special nuclear material. As such, UUSA requests Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). contains the UUSA responses to the Human Factors Engineering and Environmental Requests for Additional Information (RAIs).
