In Reference 1, NRC requested additional informationregarding the UUSA Material Control and Accounting Program, Human Factors Engineering and Environmentalin order to complete their technical review. Enclosure 1 provides responses to the questions asked regarding theMaterial Control and Accounting(MC&A) Program. Enclosure1containsSecurityRelatedInformation concerning the MC&Aprogram for special nuclear material. As such, UUSA requests Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
