USA The National Enrichment Facility Pursuant to the NRC's instructions specified in Reference 1, UUSA is requesting a Pre-decisional Enforcement Conference (PEC) to the NRC inspection report 07003103-2022007 and Apparent Violations.

UUSA is also requesting an extension to the 30 days due to the holiday season and to allow for the closure of the Un-Resolved ltem(URI) 07003103/2022006-02 documented in Reference 2 which was identified in the Extent of Condition for the Apparent Violations.

UUSA would like to discuss in some detail the apparent violations being considered for escalated enforcement, historical date of the event, apparent cause and the status of UUSA's corrective actions as they relate to potential failures to establish controls for construction vehicles on-site in March and June of 2022.
