Dear Mr. Lorskulsint:

This letter refers to our hybrid (in-person and virtual) meeting on May 29, 2024, during which we discussed the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) evaluation of your performance in the five major areas including safety operations, radiological controls, facility support, other areas, and safeguards (details not discussed with the public) during calendar years 2022 and 2023.

The meeting was beneficial and provided the NRC the opportunity to discuss your facilitys performance during the assessment period. The meeting also afforded you the opportunity to provide feedback to the NRC regarding your perception of the NRC performance review.

The meeting afforded members of the public the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to the NRC regarding our inspection program for the URENCO USA facility. The list of meeting attendees is enclosed. The meeting slide presentation is available in ADAMS under accession number ML24144A275.
