hereby requests approval of an amendment to Materials License SNM-2010 to revise License Condition 10.k to approve and incorporate Revision 14 of the ETC Movement Plan for Transportation of Classified Centrifuge Components and/or Materials between the Tripartite Countries and the Treaty Partners US and France. provides the background, proposed change and basis for the change. Enclosure 2 includes Revision 14 of the Movement Plan.
Enclosures 1 & 2 contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present a security vulnerability. UUSA requests that these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
