This letter is to inform the NRC that W yatt Padgett, Head of Compliance, has accepted a new role as Head of Strategic Licensing and Design Safety Basis, still reporting to John Kirkpatrick, Interim Managing Director. Paul Lorskulsint, Chief Nuclear Officer, has assumed the additional responsibilities of Head of Compliance as of May 6, 2024.
