Pursuant to 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), Louisiana Energy Services, LCC (LES), also dba Urenco USA, herewith provides a revision to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) form. Urenco USA has removed Karen Fili from her position as the President and CEO of Urenco USA. David Sexton has assigned as the President and CEO, and named John Kirkpatrick as the managing director.

Enclosure (1) contains personally identified inf ormation. UUSA requests the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
