- Letter from Kelly Wiehle to Sabrina D. Atack, Division of Security Operations, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Supplemental Proposed Changes for American Centrifuge Operating, LLC's Cyber Security Plans," dated September 10, 2020 (ACO 20-0033)

In the referenced letter, American Centrifuge Opera~g, LLC (ACO) provided American Centrifuge Classified Cyber System Security Plan (SSP) in Piketon, OH, Revision O- Proposed Change, dated September 2020 to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval.

The Department of Energy (DOE) Nuclear Energy Oak Ridge Site Office, as Authorizing Official for ACO classified cyber networks, has completed its review and approves this document. Authorization to operate the network depicted in this SSP is' contingent upon satisfactory completion of the NRC/DOE inspection activities and the authorization to process Secret Restricted DataI at the ACO, LLC Piketon, Ohio facility.
